[how we are the same, differently: images from elsewhere]
These images were taken on a family road trip from October 16, 2009 - October 25, 2009 up the east coast of the United States (Texas to Canada). Half of these images are from my own camera, and the other half are from my dad and step mom's point-and-shoot cameras. This is a photographic experiment dealing with time constraints (10 days), technical blunders (unintentional silhouettes and flash mistakes), salvaging digital family-trip photos before they make it to the dusty hard drive, and multiple visions of the same place. When looking at the images, there's no clear way to identify who took which photos. By compressing these images into one, shared space they begin to act as a single image and are interpreted as such.
